PAYMENT
TERMS
Unless alternate less effective payment terms are specified or approved
by the AES, Inc. Credit Department, all charges, including applicable
packing and transportation costs, billed by AES, Inc. are cash in
advance or progress payments. Alternate forms of payment are Irrevocable
Confirmed letter of credit with RED CLAUSE standard to provide AES,
Inc., which is a labor intense manufacturing company, the ability
to produce your product. Letters of credit should be confirmed in
a respected U.S. bank.
At AES, Inc's, option, interest may be charged at the rate often percent
(10%) per annum unless such rate contravenes local law in which case
the interest charges will be the maximum allowed by law. Operating,
production, well conditions and or any type of installation delay
from end user or agent of, which prevents satisfactory operation of
Equipment, Services or Products, does not relieve CUSTOMER of its
payment responsibility.
